What Needs to be Said to Iran

http://www.aljazeera.com/video/middleeast/2012/07/2012731174748631481.html

Notice how even the opposition is denying that US and EU sanctions are working, publicly. What if this nuclear program is a unifying factor amongst the disparate parties within Iranian society? What do the people candidly think about these sanctions and the nuclear project?

I think that there is, without a doubt, that Iran is looking to build a nuclear weapon. However, saber rattling from the United States and Israel, especially, isn't going to deter them from building one. Matter of fact, it's more likely to give them the incentive to build one out of a desire for self-defense.

Our track record is such that, they honestly can't take our word out of good faith that they won't be another country that gets messed with. Matter of fact, they already were a country that was messed with, by the United States and Great Britain. How can we expect to talk them down from building a nuclear device if WE don't CHANGE our actions, attitudes and behaviors with regards to other people?

Sadly, I don't think this is going to be the case anytime soon. So I will just say this.

Iran.

I apologize for the LEADERSHIP of the United States, Israel and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. They are a bunch of dimwitted morons who couldn't tell a social interaction from a round of executions. I do not apologize for my country's existence, nor do I apologize for the State of Israel in and of itself. I apologize for the people who operate these countries, both defacto and de jur because THEY are the problems, not the countries themselves.

I'm VERY sorry for their actions, attitudes and behaviors.

Hopefully we'll take care of them in short time, so that we can, hopefully, normalize relations and get back to a reasonable level of peaceful co-existence.

Thank you.

And, good luck.

Thank you.
