On the Rich

Seems like an ok idea.

Bearing in mind, that this stuff, when done properly, isn't designed to make a profit. And, you're still with the phenomenon of people starving on a rich person's charity.

Again, if the rich were genuinely so charitable as a collective whole (individuals such as Bill Gates and Warren Buffet aside), we wouldn't be in the social/economic messes that we're in right now.

And, while this may be an alternative to supplement tax payer dollars.

It still is not a replacement for the actual thing.

And that is, controlled, targeted and specified social investment through a collaborative effort between policy makers and individuals on the ground; the idea being that the two communicate with each other, such that things are taken care of in a timely and effective manner for the benefit of everyone, including, and not limited to, the people who would be making the largest sacrifices in this kind of scheme of things.

It's not healthy, I think, to have/focus on money past a certain point.

It does stuff to your psychology that, I think, degrades yourself in the grand scheme of things.

And you can see it in the lives of the well to do, as they exist on their own, away from the public's eyes.

Think about it.

Cause they really are a screwy bunch.

Take it from someone who knows.

Think about it.

The real joke of the matter, is that they don't need their money past a certain point, even in order to live the lives that they do.

Most of the stuff they buy is over-priced anyway, and is just part of the fleecing scheme that is retail sales.

So what would really be the difference in their lives, if they had to pay a decent share of their money into the public coffers?

Think about it.

Cause I doubt very much that they are, really.

Think about it.
